You must place your order by 11:00 AM Pacific time Monday through Friday to receive your order by the 2nd business day or next business day (PM). UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, or on national and federal holidays. We cannot deliver to addresses where no UPS services provided.

30 Days Return Policy
Gettallershoes.com strives for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept return of your unworn purchase. Return items must be arrived at our warehouse within 30 days, from the day the package is received by you.
Return Instructions
1 – Customer need to pay for the return shipping cost.
2 – In order for a return to be accepted, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Shoes must not be worn, and must be tried on indoors, with socks. If returned merchandise appears to have been used, the customer will be contacted and a refund will not be granted. .
3 – Please submit your return request by email to service@gettallershoes.com with the information requested below, we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund.

4 – Return merchandise must be returned unworn in the original packaging and shipping container with the original packing slip and invoice. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for shoe boxes with shipping tape, address labels, or postage attached. You should wrap the shoe box with hard paper or use another shipping box to ship. Please note items that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted.
5 – Refunds will be credited to the original credit or debit card that was used for your purchase. Once your return is received please allow 2-3 weeks for your account to be credited. Based on your bank processing, it may take up to two (2) billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
6 – Clearance merchandise priced $19.99 and under is Final Sale and may not be returned for refund
Exchange Instructions
1 – Exchanges are part of our simple return process: just request a replacement item as you complete the return. You’ll need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order subject to inventory availability.
2 – Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order rather than request an exchange during the return process.
3 – Exchanges always involve the return of your original purchase and the creation of a new order. You will see two transactions on your credit card or debit card statement: a credit for your original purchase and a charge for your exchanged new purchase. Please be patient, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement depending upon your card issuer.
